Once you're ready to upgrade, head to our store and purchase the upgrade license key. An e-mail with the key will be sent to you immediately, generally within 20 minutes.
To input the code, simply copy it from the e-mail, open the upgrade option in the Phorus Windows applet by pairing to a Play-Fi device, and then paste the code with dashes into the field.
If you can not find your e-mail, please contact support and they'll locate your key.
If the upgrade is not working, please contact support and they'll help resolve the issue.
